Our Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) program is designed to understand and address your child's behaviours of concern using proven, compassionate strategies. Our goal is to improve quality of life for your child and your whole family by teaching new, positive skills and reducing behaviours that get in the way of everyday life. All of our Behaviour Support Practitioners are experienced and trauma-informed, working closely with families, teachers, and support workers to deliver plans that make a real difference.

Empower U service is a registered provider for implementing specialist behaviour plan that may use regulated restrictive practice when delivering NDIS supports to a participant.
High-intensity support delivered by trained and qualified staff for participants with complex needs including: Complex Bowel Care, Enteral (Naso-Gastric Tube-Jejunum or Duodenum) Feeding and Management, Tracheostomy Management, Urinary Catheter, Management (In-dwelling Urinary Catheter, In-out Catheter, SPC), Ventilator Management, Subcutaneous Injections, Seizure management, Complex Wound Management and Severe Dysphagia Management etc.
